We're lucky to know that UVERworld's page is available in English for those who cannot read Japanese.
It was announced on their Information:

"10/9（金）正午より、UVERworld　オフィシャルホームページに英語版が登場します！

We will serve to you official HP in ENGLISH.
You can find "ENGLISH"on the top of official HP.
If you can read English. Please enjoy UVERworld!"

I just hope they will keep it up-to-date with the Japanese page. I know other Japanese artist's page with a English section hardly gets updated. ):
